                 Calling all Flutists
who are planning to audition for the Winooski Valley Festival:


                                 Sign up for a FREE workshop at the

                             Kellogg Hubbard Library

                 Friday October 10, 2008 4:00-5:15 PM


 This will be limited to 6 students, so please contact me to sign up!

Workshop  Includes:

        -Opportunity to perform your  piece, and hear your peers perform, in
        a casual and supportive environment
                                   
      -Tips on  sight reading, tone, scales, and of course your audition piece
                      Advance Sign-up Required

          Group size is limited to 6 to allow time for all participants to perform

We'll also have some group reading sessions (applying sight reading tips
discussed), some time to discuss our performances in a positive and
constructive manner, and a few  interesting tidbits about the life of Handel (the
composer of this year's audition piece).
